So he was very fortunate. I remember the semi-truck driver who involved himself in a chase with just his cab. The front of his truck was torn up and the insurance refused to pay so people started a fund raiser to help raise $$ to get his truck fixed. It's just sad that a citizen tries to help and suddenly they're "stuck" with any damages....
