I'd be clearing out if I were there. Aside from maybe just being from that area, or having a personal attachment to it. There's really not a single good reason to stay. Weather, maybe. But based on resources alone. I'd leave. Crime, and chance they'd be the first target of an attack, definitely one of the front lines.. I'd leave. WHEN martial law comes to stay, you'd be fucked.
