Probably not. A while back, I watched a news report about a woman whose info was stolen. They had credit cards and a car loan in her name, but when she applied, she was getting turned down for both cause of her low credit score. when it came to the car, she asked the same question. Feds told her no cause it was bought using fraudulent/crime funds

No one is entitled to silence anyone , don't assume people are either but I know who is silencing me , sometimes I find out abruptly or in real time. Silencing , bullying , human sex trafficking and false imprisoning someone while you keep abusing them is human sex trafficking , especially if you hold on to a thing of value of theirs while you do this Like I'm going through , people watching me my entire life in every place I lived. I contacted places multiple times and they ignored me and never called me back , for many years , even in 2014.
