The landlord plans to repurpose the building. A historical building. Theres so many vacant apartments or unused properties. Why do they always do that..the historical theaters thats probably from 50s, 60s or 70s they plan to destroy to make it an apartment building which becomes vacant anyway.

ILM/Lucas Films produced movies that were ENTERTAINING....On the otherhand, Disney has turned former-ILM titles into thought provoking social/DEI issues. I've learned that men are either evil or feeble-minded weaklings. We can also have folks of any race/gender/sexual-identity with little to no acting background play important roles because it's important for the important MESSAGE to get through.
