@@mikeymasters8459 the ct case was largely based upon the ruling from the tx case. the tx case was a default judgement post response/appearance, which is unlawful in texas. once a defendant has appeared in court, things most continue according to process, and no default can be entered for any reason.. yet judge gamble seems to have missed both the texas rules for civil procedure 503.1 and holberg v short. and to top it off, they began awardment proceedings prior to the judgement actually being handed out (by like, almost a week). this is also not particularly lawful. if a verdict hasn't been handed out, how can they award anything? the man got railroaded, plain and simple. but lets not forget the most damning bit.. millions were awarded to an FBI agent that wasn't named, never implicated by jones, and it was _others_ who did any implicating entirely independent of jones since _jones wasn't even the one that came up with the entire SH theory mess to start with_. it predates jones first mention of it by months. it was all over youtube, even, until they started going after jones as hard as they did, then they purged anything that wasn't slamming jones. but somehow this chumpsucker fbi agent was handed a judgment in his favor for millions. uhhh huh. yeah no. this whole farce was scapegoating him so no one will question the powers that be or else they get buried in debt and character assassination. jones may well be off into the grass away from 'societal norms' in regards to conspiracy theory, but this was a total f'in slash and burn job.
