Thank you for all the kind comments on the latest video about me being sick. Just before I started the walk I consumed a large amount of electrolyte powder and water. Unfortunately one of the electrolyte sachets had congealed and I guess had gone off. I started feeling a bit off after about 20 minutes of walking and obviously it got a lot worse later. Also I did consume another litre of it about half way into the walk which compounded the problem. In the end though all worked out by next day. Tony, you are real… this is one of the many reasons we love your channel! Everyone gets sick at inopportune times; can’t be helped! You became dehydrated in my opinion, on your trip and those electrolytes didn’t dissolve in your system. As you walked and sweated, you needed fluids to dilute the undissolved bits. I felt so bad for you…sweet Bruno! He knows you so well and wanted to comfort you. As much as I loved Bruce, Bruno is fast stealing my heart! Thank you for trudging on here. I am barely in the video and I concur what you said. He looks a bit grey to start with. Profuse sweating and lack of water set in on top of that. Guarantee he had severe dehydration by the tops.

Hi Tony and Bruno! Wow, it was rough to see you feeling sick, Tony, but I'm glad you shared it with us. Things unplanned can happen and you did what you always tell us to do about not panicking. You hydrated, rested, and you let dinner and cigar go until you felt better. Bruno saw the problem so quickly and showed up at your side like a little male nurse to comfort you and kiss you. The look on his face was amazing. He knew exactly what to do for Dad. We liked the tent a lot, Tony. We could watch you set up tents all day long. WOW! Tony, I think I hit almost every emotion on this camping trip. You went through a rough night and yet you were apologizing to us. You care so much about doing right for your fans, and it always shows in what you share with us. You kept calm, carried on and gave us another top video. I wished I could have dropped off a chair, some TUMS and a big vat of tea to help you out. Bruno is so connected to you and it warmed my heart to see him hanging so close by your side to check on you. He truly is a special puppy. I had a camping trip last summer and after many invites my family finally went camping with me. We got there late, rainy, set everything up and I planned for 2 days. It was summer but it got so hot in the afternoon the next day that I worried for my dogs. One a puppy. I made the decision while my relatives were swimming to pack up camp and leave as soon as they returned from their swim. I didn't think it would get that hot, and normally I camp north in the summer, but my niece wanted to swim, so we camped south. Sometimes, things happen. I'm glad you show the bad with the good.
