Actually, the Jury instructions were illegal and unconstitutional. You can’t tell a fucking jury that they don’t have to Unanimously agree on every single charge to convict. That’s not the law. The judge had ZERO discretion in this matter and legally isn’t allowed to say that. It’s 100% a reversible error on the judges part. Allowing a convicted liar to testify against Trump is absurd as well. He lied to the DOJ, lied to congress, lied to this court And he was convicted of lying as well, it’s called Perjury. This conviction is unjust. “The jury did their civic duty “ my ass. There are TONS of wrongly convicted men and women out there who are in prison for crimes they didn’t commit. There is lots of prosecutorial misconduct. Judicial misconduct as well. This will be reversed on Appeal, the Appeals court doesn’t look at facts of the case, only Law. Me and My opponent were like we want want this to last two Hours. And it did.
