At least Trump had a permit for Jan 6 and was a mile away from the capitol building when there were riots happening there and giving a speech to a peaceful crowd in a completely different location at the same time the capitol building was being breeched. If Trump was held liable for that, then by precedent Kai Cenat is 100% liable for this, and was an acitve participant in the riots, and should be facing severe fines and long prison sentences. Because Kai Cenat was actually present with his supporters that were rioting. At least Trump was no where near the rioters of Jan 6 and was in a completely different location at the time of the riots busy in the middle of speech to a peaceful crowd. Kai Cenat somehow thought he could get away with it despite being even more brazen and bold than Trump was. Not sure what Kai Cenat was thinking, but it seems like he wasn't thinking at all.
