You have to put yourself in her shoes instead of thinking with your own logic. To her, it wasnt about "winning the guy", it was about punishing the woman that took what she thought was hers, and there is no more ultimate of a punishment than taking someone's life prematurely. Everything they could have been or achieved was snuffed out and she did it with her own hands. Get it? She's a psycho. It was simply about killing that woman, nothing more, nothing less.

Self preservation is zero I agree. But at the same time one could argue they do love themselves its just the wrong kind of love. People like this Armstrong person are so narcissistic that it's all about them, what they want,how they want it, when they want it,who they want etc because if you had any kind of basic consideration for your fellow man the mere idea of causing harm will not cross your mind.

She ought to be shaking ln her boots as she learns she will stand before God one day and have to account for what she did and how she brought Gods plans and preparations for MO’s exceptional life here on earth to a complete halt! I can identify with Mo's sports photographer. I'm a wedding and portrait photographer which is obviously very different, but over the years, several of my clients have passed away for various reasons, some of them tragically like this. There's a super tiny silver lining to be to provide the families and friends with photographic heirlooms to remember their loved one by. It's something you NEVER think about when you're shooting pics, and don't bear to contemplate, but it happens. It's a real servive to be able to capture fun and lively moments of someone's life when all was good. I'm really glad they captured the fugitive.

I'm sorry but you don't have a "strictly platonic" relationship after a "brief romantic" one. You don't continue to meet this person (that you briefly were romantic with in the middle of your current relationship), and lie about it out of respect for your girlfriend. This lady didn't deserve to die by any means, and the murderer will be punished, but c'mon. Be responsible adults. He wanted all the cake... not just a piece. His affidavit clearly states that he continued texting and seeing Mo and lying to Armstrong. He even lied (that night MO was murdered) to Armstrong about being somewhere else. Armstrong was literally watching him drop off MO off of his motorcycle then killed her. He changed MO's name in his phone and deleted texts. Armstrong had warned MO to stay away from her boyfriend (a friend's affidavit states). In addition, the guy is the one that bought the gun for Armstrong thst she used to kill MO! He should be devastated. He lied to the public but not the police. He was seeing MO and MO texted him in January confused that she saw him and Armstrong together!!!! Wtheck?!!??! FIRST OFF … WHY do criminals always take flights when going from state to state ?! Like I never understood that. You’re better off taking the Greyhound bus since you don’t have to show any identification whatsoever. As long as you have a confirmation number, you can get on the bus and travel without anyone batting an eyelash. Then again, I don’t expect criminals to be so smart. Hence why they commit these crimes in the first place.

One thing I’ve learned in my life is, you never truly know someone, especially your own kids. If you actually read the deposition of the boyfriend, you can tell he’s somewhat responsible. Lying to his girlfriend about his whereabouts when he was with Mo at the swimming pool. Jealousy kills. Armstrong wasn’t only jealous of Wilson because of the brief relationship she had with her ex, but because of her incredible talent, skill, and accomplishments. People need to reach for therapy, prayer, and a long honest walk with a good friend, instead of reaching for a gun. No one has the right to anyone’s life or wellbeing (with the one exception of self defense). This innocent woman was a victim twice. First, the boyfriend used her to get over his relationship with Armstrong, then Armstrong shoots and kills her after the relationship was long over. I dunno, was Wilson winning these races, even ahead of the boyfriend? I guess he doesn’t have to worry about being beaten by a girl anymore no thanks to his ex. Very sad. RIP to a great champion, riding across the clouds now...

Life is tough. But. If you are the jealous type, it makes life THAT much tougher. Jealousy empowers base desires and emotions. You know? Someone might think of harming someone, but if you throw jealousy on the fire of revenge or 'getting even,' you might actually DO something. Everybody has thoughts of hurting someone. Most people don't think twice about how that desire just goes away, so they don't have to do anything about it. Poor girl lost her life for nothing. Anyway. From what I know about Yoga people and Yoga practice, it's a pretty weak spiritual practice, especially the breathing/kundalini pretend spiritual techniques. Those chicks, who do that stuff, have a distinct 'haggard' look to them. If you've been around Yoga people at retreats, it's 'head games' and low level attainment.
@garyraja

Western practitioners of yoga aren't practicing the authentic spiritual aspect of yoga practiced in India by its holy people. The stuff you see in the West is all about being trendy and lacks true spiritual practice. That's the difference.

I think after a certain point in any relationship, you just have to say f this and walk away. Especially if you have suspicions that are driving you to the point of insanity. At that point you might as well just ghost them and cut ties completely, essentially murdering your relationship with your partner instead of whoever is making you jealous. All these people *were* full of potential, talent, passion, and all could’ve been extremely successful in their own ways without each other.
