Sharron Your lack of knowledge of the law is not surprising. The police have to go to a judge and give the judge CREDIBLE EVIDENCE that a body would be found on the peoperty. They can't just make educated guesses. No judge in the history of the world has given a search warrant to the police based on here say or guesses. They had to do the leg work to gather convincing evidence for the judge to believe there is probable cause. It amazes me how few Americans know how their own judicial process works. It's literally taught in 7th grade Civics! For a reason. Maybe you were absent that week.

You have to listen to how the authorities word things, the chief said he was cooperating “at this time yes” so he wasn’t initially cooperating. Why not? That’s his fiancé and mother of his daughter. Why is he being so stand-offish? Why did he not report her missing? What was in that last text message she sent him? His home is 35 acres or so, that’s a huge area to hide things. Most of the men watching this who have ended relationships suddenly or as non-friends, know that this guy killed her. Pilots are some of the most logical and careful people out there. Wonder if they looked at the possibility he loaded her purse and cell onto a Amtrak train so it would "ping" where it did. There is a train that runs from Colorado springs ( 28mins) from woodland to twin falls ( 11hrs 54mins) gooding is only 50 mins from twin falls. sarah cordova I wondered too- what is his alibi for the time between when Kelsey was last seen, and when her phone wound up in ID. Was the baby with him, or in the care of someone? Did he drive the phone up there, leaving his own at home? Did he ship it there to an accomplice? Pay someone he found on craigslist to send a few texts? I hope the police are looking at DOT camera footage and gas station surveillance cams on the routes he could’ve used. Obviously the other big question is, did he have a secret girlfriend? I hate to prejudge cases but when a guy doesn’t make a police report in 10 days, then lawyers up and clams up...it looks like consciousness of guilt. I know they *need* to search his property to check it off the list, but I’m guessing he knew it would be searched and found somewhere else to bury her. Colorado has a lot of forest and he has a truck and other off-road equipment.

If I was the fiancee, I'd be talking to every news reporter I could to spread the word about my missing fiancee and mother of my child, not chasing them off my property. I wouldn't lawyer up, skip police meetings because I'd be afraid that I'd be a "distraction" and I certainly wouldn't wait for someone else to finally report them missing after ten whole days. Those don't seem like the actions of an innocent, concerned, loving fiancee.

When this girl went missing, how did the Mom find out? Did he notify his fiance's Mom and when? He is a man with a voice. Why can't he speak? Why does he need an attorney mouthpiece? Why do they have to invite him to a press conference if he's innocent? Everything speaks for itself.

Is it possible that he made her fly him to Idaho, killed her there. And left his phone back home? I don’t know all the clues the case… For her phone to ping, it would’ve shown if she drove that distance. Unless he turned off the phone, mailed it to someone he knows, told them to drive to a certain area and then turn the phone on… A lot of unsolved mysteries here.

Yeah, that's what happened. He made her fly him 800 miles away, then mailed her phone and demanded someone to drive it somewhere to dump it off. Don' t quit your day job Sherlock Holmes. 🤔

It's possible that he drove her to Idaho. Leaving his phone at home & bringing hers with them while turned off. He could've dumped her body anywhere between his house and Gooding, Idaho. That's where the phone pinged from. He turns on her phone and sends a text to her employer and to himself. Turns the phone back off and smashes it up, tossing it in a dumpster or ditch. Turns around, gets back in his car and drives the 12 hours back home, where he notices that he "missed" a message from Kelsey.

This woman wanted away from him, And like so many, when you try to cut things off with a sociopath, they flip the hell out. She was going to leave, take kids. He lost it, he hurt her- maybe unintentionally. But he went too far. He dumped her body in a water or deep in woods and acts like “poof” she just disappeared.

Her mom said they talk everyday but yet it took 10 days to know she was missing 😕 he killed her yall know that. @@springrain1694 thank you. I'm glad that I didn't offend anyone. There is something very suspicious about this man. I'm sure police are on it but they have to be very careful about how much they tell us. The Chris watts case for example had everything out for the public to see. Footage of the house, his confession and arrest, all of the friends and family talking, the neighbors surveillance camera foot, text messages, Etc. I would rather them collect all of the evidence, arrest him IF he's guilty (DNA or fingerprints, confession, etc) Personally I think too much information about Shanann and Chris watts were released. I'm not blaming anyone. I honestly believe it's because everything moved quickly. Thanks to Shanann's amazing friend Nicole.
