You can do it. You are doing it. When you feel that urge, move. Dont cave. Walk, run, clean, drive, swim, bike, just move your body. What will happen is a physiologic response in the brain. When you move, you will be retraining your brain to replace one "feel good" with the "real good" activity produced by endorphins. This is built in "mechanism" within every human created by GOD. Love to you. There are others in your life who you can help and bring joy to....increasing your own joy by giving, TENFOLD. ❤

We drove from eastern West Virginia to Linesville Spillway PA to see it! The clouds cleared away from the sun long enough to see the total eclipse completely. I saw a long baileys bead but didn’t realize at the time what it was called, but thrilling anyway. Just arrived home from the trip. Traffic n the main highway was horrendous both ways. Fantastic, beautiful experience! My uncle and aunt drove from Arizona to Texas- over 400 miles!

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. Most Magnificent display of His Majesty and precision for us to witness and remember Him. It’s no coincidence that the Sun and Moon are at the perfect distance, orbit and proportions and we are the only creation to comprehend the power behind it. Those who are dead inside will watch a say “oh wow” instead of giving praise and glory to their Lord. How perfect is Allah the Best to Create and far above what they falsely associate in worship with Him.
