This is supposed to be the story of a missing Peruvian girl, Stephany Flores. She's quickly forgotten about, and it becomes the story of Natalee Holloway - again. I have to hand it to the Holloway family - they've managed to keep their daughter's story alive - but I do feel badly that not another mention is made of Stephany Flores, who Joran van der Sloot admitted to killing.
@sarahvand36285 жыл бұрын
I ALWAYS think of Stephany ❤

It's a American Show. In Peru it would be the other way around. What gave you the impression it would be different. They have a picture of the mother on the headline.
@Lionforaday5 жыл бұрын
@@jeffrutt5292 Yeah, you're not wrong - it's just too bad. I'd actually never heard of Stephany Flores, whereas I'd certainly heard of the Holloway case. Not to be disrespecful, but unless I'm mistaken, there's no new information on the Holloway case, which leads me to wonder why there's another episode on it. Again, I don't want to sound unkind, especially if the Holloway family were to read this, but I think it's safe to say that Natalee is almost certainly deceased - the only real "mystery" is why the guy wasn't charged and found guilty of her murder. Plenty of other people have, even where no body was found, so I don't know why he was some special exception - unless his family's money helped with that. I get that it "matters" to the Holloway family, however, they can take some solace in knowing that the guy who killed their daughter is rotting in a Peruvian prison until 2038. Kudos to the Peruvian justice system for being willing to do what the Dutch authorities were not.
@seanhunter42974 жыл бұрын
Well...both cases are connected so you have to analyze both together to try to establish connections & hopefully get some answers for the Holloway family. Answers that the Flores family already has.

Hard to believe that Natalee would be in her thirties. Whenever I hear her name I picture the 18 year old. I can’t imagine how her mother copes with her loss. So much worse when remains are never recovered. As sad as the Blanchard case is, at least the parents know that their daughter is deceased. I feel so terribly for the nightmare that her mother, father, brother, friends, and extended family have gone through all these years. NO ONE should ever have to wait that long for answers. I wish that I could arrange, somehow or someway, to take a bit of their pain away… or take it upon myself for their reprieve. What heartache they must have experienced. 💔❤️🩹 I pray, actually, let’s all pray for them… In hopes that their healing and some sense of closure can begin.
