If Don Lemon and Tucker Carlson don't get together and start a news program or podcast featuring both of them they're missing the perfect chance. People would stumble over themselves to see the two of them anchoring a show together, to hear what their take on things will be, to see if they'd get along over the long run, to find (perhaps) that two individuals of such opposing ideologies can find common ground. It has the potential to be a mind-boggling and much needed approach to the news game, especially if they really dedicated themselves to being strictly non-partisan, unbiased and fair in their reporting...it would be amazing and, you want to know something, it could actually make a difference, maybe shake people out of their partisan psychosis, show people that unity is what we need, not division. If Tucker and Don could look at this as an opportunity and not a set-back, if they both would decide that this is where they're going to make a stand, that they are going to dig-in and construct a show so different, so unexpected, so bold and so innovative that it would take the nation completely by surprise...then it would take the nation by surprise...and if it was managed properly, with balance and humor and a concern for what's best for the country it could be absolutely game-changing. Alas, I'm just dreaming, things like what I'm suggesting only happen in the movies, especially the idea that two such different people: A black liberal and a white conservative, might have the integrity, the vision and the courage to try something like that, well, it's impossible...isn't it?

Using the word prime, Don Lemons commet is old school southern terminology. My older southern relatives say this as a matter of fact, my southern aunt just said to me a few days ago when I was saying saying and she said to me that you are still in your prime. "Still im your prime" just means people who are active, in good health, everything firing correctly and still look good. Some feel its connected to an age thing as well. I personally feel because of my souhern roots this situation was blown way out of proportion but then again I dont know what the next female may be struggling with. You have to watch what you say these days because people get offended, some can be overly sensitive, and many of females are not comfortable in their aging. I didn't say all, I said many. If this strikes you the wrong way, then it must be you. Aging is apart of life, but is taboo for a man to comment on. Its important to know who you are in the room with, this way you know if you have a green light to speak or ask questions about a particular subject. Silence can sometimes be golden, many women are funny about this.
