If I ever do manage to create something inspired by you I would 100000% mention you as my inspiration !!! I believe ALL should do so no matter who it is. There is currently a KZbin artist that likes to copy Novi Lim yet pretends they themselves created the technique/style & takes all the credit , compliments for it. I find it very disgusting for people to do that to other Artists who have worked very hard to get where they are. Beautiful Butterfly !! You are a huge inspiration to me, I just haven't gotten the technique down enough yet to create anything. Lol. 😂❤

Your artwork is really so very beautiful. I can clearly see why a criminally minded person would want to STEAL your work. It is so beautiful that it's worthy of being stolen, LOL. Think about it. Nobody is going to steal ugly art. It's such a shame though because YOU are the person that has the creative talent to do what you do & end up with such stunning results. Believe me. I come from a family of artists, so of course everyone totally expected me to have that talent too. I have put out a few pretty good pieces in my time, but nothing nearly as good as yours. If you want to get a more controlled stream of spray paint, you can swap out the nozzle of the can with one from a can of WD40, which has the tiny tube it sprays through

I am so sorry that someone has used your work as their own. I learnt a valuable lesson from a market I was selling my art at. Hi AB, , I love this butterfly,!! It’s so colorful and joyful. I’m sure I will make one similar w/ own spin on it. I thank you in advance for the joy that I will find working on it and I do have Instagram now, yay, so I will try to contact you with a picture of some other things you have inspired me to there. AB I truly do get a lot of inspiration from your videos. My art never turns out exactly like yours but I don’t want to completely copy yours. I just want to take the inspiration and make it my own piece of art rather than totally copy yours but, I do give credit to you for the idea to anyone who sees at it and likes it. The only one that is remotely like yours is the tulips and that was such a great idea to put the resin over the actual flower blooms in that piece. Mine looks quite a lot like the one you did only the colors are not the same. I have a couple of friends that also paint and do other types of art and I always advise them to watch your videos not necessarily to copy what you’ve done but to get inspired to do something possibly similar or within the same vein in their own color choices and allow their mind to wander into places where beautiful ideas are born. Just watching your process has allowed me ,to allow myself to be more free with my art and not try to control it so much. I have learned so many interesting techniques from you that have helped my art to evolve to a higher level. I sincerely thank you for that. I started watching you right after you started on KZbin. I was a newbie to KZbin and had never watched anything before so I started watching art and dance videos since that’s my artistic interests. I taught ballet technique for 40 years. Now retired from that I have time to put into another type of art. Please know how appreciated you are. 💜

Hi Ab Creative! You are my inspiration! Can you do a NEW art project with: sketching a large feather then adding thick texture then using acrylic pour for thirst layer and blowing it out with the tiny hair dryer; (as you did with an African flower badass technique) - PLEASE??? I’d like to practice - I’m from Canada, I love owl feathers. So far I can sketch them with pencil but I cannot seem to experience with thick texture as you do in your artwork :/. I’d like to learn for fun, am retired now I’m older. Basically I’ve been working with acrylics when was younger and now I have a lot of free time so I’d like to try thick paint texture. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR WISDOM & ART TECHNIQUE EXERCISES! Me and my husband love your artwork!
