I would never have thought of using a glue gun on real fruit to make a mold, it is incredible. I was mesmerized during the whole process. I bet your mind never stops thinking of what to do next...one idea leading to another. You are an artist in every sense of the word. I've been doing hot glue molds for years now. I have However not tried this technique. What I've been doing is filling silicone molds with hot glue, such as leaves,faces etc. Love the results I get.

OK, you completely out did yourself this week. Absolutely marvelous!! Makes me crave some lemonade and my youth visiting my aunt, uncle and my three cousins. They had a huge lemon tree that grew near the canal behind their house that had lemons the size of grapefruits. Wow I miss those days, but I have great memories of those fun visits. Hi Anne! I have a whole cupboard’s worth of materials I’ve collected over the years to use as texture in art and I have no idea exactly what it is 😔 I believe some commenters in the Poppy Video offered some interesting alternatives. In any case I’m sure you’ll be able to find some kind of equivalent material that’ll give you some unique effects ❤️
