When saw that someone was painting one of my most favorite kinds of trees, I was immediately drawn in! I had no way of knowing that I was about to cross over from the things that fill my every day life, instantly into the magnificent mind of a genius artist. I was riveted from the beginning to the end! I’m not an artist with paint. My God given, creative talent happens at a sewing machine. It would have been enjoyable seeing your final work, but being allowed to watch you process your masterpiece was a blessing, thank you very much! Your painting is absolutely beautiful! Well, that was fun! It was one great surprise after another! Trees and leaves are right up at the top of my favorites with flowers. You are brave... I saw a big birch tree used as a Christmas tree once. They use a different colored, round. glass ornaments. It was striking. Loved your process.

Haha! That’s awesome! I had a big birch tree branch in the house that I would decorate with different things year round but never seen one used as a Christmas tree as far as I can recall!

Beautiful. There used to ba a copic🎉e of Silver Birch behind us. I loved watching the colours change, especially on a stormy, windy day. I cried when they were cut down and left in piles of chippings. New houses to be built. Your painting reminded me of them xxx

I love your willingness to play as you create. It always comes out so beautiful. I'm creating a bunch of acrylic skins primarily for Xmas cards and hopefully some mosaic pieces using my Brother Scan N Cut. In theory, I can cut up to a 3MM skin. In the process of researching that I came across a KZbinr (Amaya Jade) who uses a Cricuit to make her stain glass patterns. I can see creating an overlay like the trees using a Cricuit transfer also. Hmmm . . . . so many ways to play, yes? Thank you again for your unique approach and your inspiration (intended or not).
