Would you be able to do an in depth manual machine check. Checking valves, leaks, volatiles, scavenging, fresh gas flow as well as backup cylinders, including suction (and maybe a note on how much negative pressure your suction should exert for eg), etc.

often i give about 20-50mg... if i want to use lignocaine for analgesia i load with 1mg/kg at induction then run 1mg/kg/hr

Generally, they are except the ones that sit in the anaesthetic trolley for emergency cases.

Currently an anesthesia resident in the U.S. interestingly aramine is not used over here. Or at least I have not seen in it and it is not stocked in our Omnicells (our name for the trolley). In Omnicells we have phenylephrine, ephedrine and both diluted and concentrated epi

From my assumptions, it seems aramine is the equivalent to phenylephrine here in the US as a pure A1 agonist.

I always download lectures from this channel thinking i will benefit from them. But even after watching for a long time i found hardly it's fruitful and i delete it off. I find words are not that clear, music is disturbing , nothing great is told
