There is no reason for Armor King to be back, King already has all his moves and Harada once said that there will be no copy characters in Tekken 8, they kind of wanted to eliminate Armor King for a long time.

Armor King is way too popular to be left out! He’s a favorite among DLC characters and has unique moves King can’t replicate. In Tekken 8, I’m hoping they give him even more new stuff, like fresh wall combos and updated routes just like they’ve done for most characters so far. And if they’re serious about ‘no copy characters,’ then why are Panda and Kuma still exist ? 🗿

@@taco_sensei This is a pretty ridiculous comparison, Anna and Nina share almost no moves, while King stole absolutely all of AK's moveset in this new tekken, so I say and repeat, there's no need for him to come back!
