Abe- a song about growing up, and how things were different years back.
I graduated from Socorro High School in 2003, played football for Head Coach Craig Richey, he was like a father figure to me. I was influenced by the post Socorro Bulldogs grid iron Jim Carson era, taught not to give up. Why not us, why not now! The influence from my older cousins and my older brother was impeccable for the grid iron mentality. Time was slow growing up, times were different and life seemed simple and to the point.
