This week's PVM looks great although it is a bit unusual to see the headers not covered but it is a good change! Glad that your subscribers & your colleagues convinced you to message Erin Condren, otherwise they would have gained $5 USD (about $6 AUD) for doing nothing/ bad customer service. I know it is just Sept but have you any thought on what EC planner you are going to buy for next year. I'm planning to buy one but I'm unsure in what to choose :/

Right? It feels weird to see them exposed, but it's not a bad thing for sure :) And thanks for the encouragement! I've already picked up my planner for next year, I've decided to go with the vertical neutral EC :) They removed the headers this time round so I'm going to save SOOO much white out tape :D

Is the credit you got from EC valid indefinitely? There was an issue with the 2018 lifeplanner I got, I contacted them and they offered a $15 credit or to resend me the "guts" of the planner. Since it was only affecting a week, I decided to go for the credit thinking I'd just use it next June/July for the 2019 LP... I don't often order from EC because the shipping/duties to Canada are high, so I try to do one order per year. Well I got the credit and it had a 3 month expiry date on it, which was never mentioned when it was offered. I didn't follow up, but I was pretty annoyed, especially since that credit doesn't even cover the shipping cost of an order. I did end up using the credit on the Fall box, but I wasn't impressed with the whole situation. I'll make sure to clarify credit duration next time!!

Ahh! I went to check the minute I saw your comment, and I'm in the same boat as you :( Upon applying for the credit I have 90 days to use it >_< Ugh! So frustrating! I was hoping to save it for next year's life planner too, shipping to Australia (which I assume it similar to Canada?) is $19.95USD! Even if you're just ordering a pen :( Knowing this now, I'm thinking I should have just gone the replacement book :/ Going to have to have a real think on how I want to use my credit. My credit basically only overs the shipping for a second order now :/ Thanks for letting me know!! If you didn't, I'm sure I'd have let the credit lapse -_-;
