How is Pugna a counter to Meepo? Meepo has 35% magic resistance, so his aoe isn't that much of a problem, the ward is nasty, sure, but "counter"? Nah. Wyvern instead of Pugna though and ggwp.

I don't get why people say Pugna counters Meepo. Kunkka, Sven and Lich? Understandale. Invoker? Sure. If you can get EMP and Chaos Meteor off on him. But Pugna? More like hard-countered because of Poof. Decrepify will just amp the damage and that means a dead Pugna. People use too much AoE on Meepo. Sure, he may be weak against many AoE attacks,like Earthshaker, but heroes like Pudge, Clockwerk and even Ursa can bring Meepo down since they can get an easy pickoff and keep him locked down... well, Ursa locks him down with Skull Basher. Elder Titan is also incredible to use against him due to the AoE sleep and the anti-armor. But the Dire played awfully and got cocky. Abed was really good, of course, but you should never get cocky against Meepo. You can counter PA, you can counter Troll, but Meepo is a terrifying beast in all things.
