Growing up , at all my competitions ,my parents reserved chairs were always empty, they had to work and now that I’m older I understand … but watching you Can fam juggle everything and on top of that being fully present for your children heals my inner child 🤍 may God continue to give you strength you guys are amazing

omg. i’m also a gymnast the same level as a belle ( level 3) and i’m not even able to do the back-kip circle and i have joined gymnastics for 2-3 years. I have some tips for her ( even tho it’s so good alr ❤): for beam try to hold the arabesque longer, jump higher and be confident! beam is my best event but i’m also not that good at it but trust me that helped me so much ❤ for vault maybe hold the handstand longer. my teacher that taught a olympian said that “ holding the handstand longer with a good posture is basically 95% of the points” i think this is true since i alr did this for competition and that gave me 9.4 even though i’m quite bad at vault all the rest is AMAZING and all of them is crazy GOOD!!❤ hope u notice me!! ✨🤍🤸🏻‍♂️ (btw i’m subbed :) )

Nico, it's amazing how supportive you're but as a coach maybe take more in count what Abella said "thw whole team did good" that girl has a ❤ of gold because of you both! She can't win every single time and is part of the road and is great, make mistakes are gonna make her strongest, more determined and more willing to try and do better, thats how better gymnasts are built. 😊 i already see that in her, and when you focus on that she will always shine even in last place, because you have a resilient girl. If you watch her on floor she got lost for a second; she's SIX, didn't cry or stop the routine just wait calm until she could came back in tune. She truly is amazing no matter wich ribbon she got!!!! Gymnasts like her are every coach's dream! (In vault she needs to open her shoulders and stand in a vertical before land in her back, this time she didn't shown the vertical, probably the vault didn't count) gymnastics is though. But I'm sure she can do it. Look up for "level 2 gymnastics perfect vault" and you can see some videos. All my love from Uruguay, from a coach with white hearing aids, soon to have a cochlear
