you are right its an error. it reduces the acidosis and increases the pH.

Starting at about 7 minutes, you show the graphs of the electrical neutrality law. You say: if we increase the Na+ concentration, this will increase the concentration of the OH- ions and decrease the H+ ions in order to neutralize the charge. However, the only way to increase the OH- ions is to strip it from H2O. Which then gives you both OH- and H+. There just is not a way to increase the OH- without increasing the H+ concentration with water.
