Abhi bus and ixago travels ticket refund issue

Yes abhi bus, They don't refund. I too had the same experience..... without even boarding into bus I lost 2800 ....its redeculous. Stupid ppl worst management.

Anyone who books the ticket on Online portals, please be aware when ticket doesn't book and money deducts from the account. In this case it takes 2-14 working days to get the refunds. Anyone can be out of pocket while booking the tickets from online portals at the time of emergency travelling, They don't have any system that they can provide compensation or They can arrange the ticket on that time when you required the ticket most. You have to wait for your own hardearned money for atleast 3-5 working days. Please be careful while booking the tickets from Redbus or Abhibus or any other online portals.

I also faced the issue while booking a bus ticket on Abhibus,instantly my 3200rs deducted from my account and ticket was also not booked.Their people continuously saying we don't have any compensation option for the time being, Money will be refunded in 7 working days, postpone your journey after 7 days when the money will come then again book the ticket on Abhibus.
