No relatability factor unfortunately. Big misfire. In her defense, she was not rude or trying to be not grounded- she attempted to joke but they never landed and her subtle jibes - poor Hriday and Santosh couldn't get it. This episode was like a proper first date with an out of league beautiful chick- you know its not going anywhere and it wont go anywhere but you have to endure spending the 2-3 hours with an awkward smile.

No hate on the guest and more power to her. But when someone is so desperately trying to be a cool person or an elitist, they cease to be one. English is a great language and I love it. But the way it is commonly used in our society since many generations to portray a certain high class image, it just doesn’t/shouldn’t work like that. Language/dialect is always secondary and what you actually speak and how you carry yourself makes you an evolved/sophisticated person.
