Abhijit Pohankar performs Raga Kirwani on the Roland Fantom Series

Abhijit Pohankar is one of the rarest musicians who plays Indian Classical music/Ragas on keyboard in the most authentic way thus making him the pioneer of Indian classical keyboards in India!
He comes from a lineage of great Classical maestros his father Pt Ajay Pohabkar being a legendary Indian classical vocalist and also his grandmother.Lineage is one of the most important thing in the Classical world and he is the 4th generation of musician in his family.He has learnt from the from the great Santoor Maestro Pt Shiv Kumar sharma.
He has been performing on some the most prestigious venues of classical and world music since last 22 years.He plays Ragas in keyboard/Digital piano along with Ancient Indian classical percussion instruments like the Pakhawaj,Ghatam and Tabla thus bringing an earthy sound!
