For the Afghan Persian question, the dialect of Persian used in Afghanistan (Dari) is an older form of Persian that served as a prestige language in Central Asia - even now in Tajikistan and certain parts of Uzbekistan, this dialect of Persian is used but is called Tajiki (due to USSR influence I think?). During the Islamic invasions, under the Delhi Sultanate and Mughal Empires, much of the ruling elite were not of Iranian Persian origin, but rather Afghan-Turkic extraction. Under Emperors Akbar, Jahangir and Shah Jahan, many official posts and jagirs were given to migrants from Central Asian areas (known as Turan) to bolster the Muslim population. These nobles, whilst initially using Turkic languages amongst themselves, would use Persian (in the Dari dialect) for technical and administrative purposes as it was the prestige language in their homelands. The emergence of Urdu only began after the decline of the Mughals and their large-scale patronage of Persian.

Because sheikh hasina was our ally and was helping india in controlling the alqaeda based terrorists which wanted to destabilize the far east of India, so we didnt want to put economic pressure on bangladesh when they are already going through a tough time.. relationships are purely transactional its a give and take.. but speaking as of now when there's a hostile regime in BD we would want to actually make them feel the heat so you can expect modi bringing NRC IN 2025.

Most of your comments over here are pessimistic forecasting a gloomy future, well first look at history, when we were directly actively targeted and invaded 200 times for the last 1000 years, we still managed to make it into the 21st century and this time we are more centralised (compared to last 1000 years) much bigger economy and the first time in Kali Yuga where India has managed to be stable.
