N yes I can understand your feelings when Abhineet is not around you..... Because my husband has got transferred to Pune a few months back n because of my both son's study we have to live in Delhi which is so so so difficult emotionally😢😢.... My husband also doesn't visit us regularly as he also feels so bad when he returns to his work leaving us behind.... Yes dont take meftal spas on a daily basis like in every month of your period im a nurse so thats what we tell pts with periodical cramp but if it gets too painful try taking warm water,coffe, tea, or meds like paracetamol and ibrufen, i personaly do it it really helps
