I had severe anxiety and panic attacks due to mental trauma that happened to me as a child. I know it is easier said than done but I want you to know that God will never leave you! I have spent the last few years writing a book about my troubled past in order to let others know that getting over the past CAN be done! God healed me from the inside out. What I once thought I would never be able to get over has become a distant memory to me and one of no importance. Keep seeking for the truth and allow God to heal you from the inside. I have so much hope for the people in the world and know they have it within themselves to conquer the evil in their life. Trust God and do not stop seeking what most call impossible because impossibility is only a state of mind. There is NOTHING God cannot do and there are no limits to the mountains he can move.
