First time doing anything like this. I know God is all I need but lately depression has been overwhelming me. I’m starting to separate from unhealthy addictions but at the same time that’s what helped me cope. Just want to give up and give it all to God as I should but I’m still stuck between satisfying my flesh. God's Word says in Ps 34:7...how God's angels will (automatically) watch over and deliver all those who have a healthy fear of God (that is..having an obedient heart to God's Commands found in His Word!)

1 John 1:9 promises us that "if we confess our sins (to God, just as you have done). He is faithful and just to forgive us and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." He loves you. When we give our lives to Him, placing our faith in Jesus as our Saviour, we are born into His family. You are His beloved child and He sees you as covered in the righteousness of Jesus Christ...You are forgiven and cleansed.
