I enjoy some of these 8 hour meditations, yet I am requesting a woman's voice speaking on the slow side with meditations of palms & prayers without sound of music unless it is soft and not too repeatative. Also wave and water sounds are disturbing to me and maybe to othe I find the 8 hours of meditation very helpful. Please do more of what I have requested. Thank you so much. In Prayer and Hope for
