Finally, one day, I remembered the scriptures about believing "that it was already done" (the answer to my prayer), and then I said: How would I feel if I was not in depression since the Lord have already done it? Answer: I would feel happy, peaceful, grateful, thankful, full of life, trusting...and I felt all those, and it was done! I keep believing and feeling it! I am not depressed anymore. Praise my Lord. Jesuschrist.

@@alphac4842 I have had bad enough attacks that my hands and arms lock up. Numb or tingly feeling and they contract. Part of the nervous system response Im the fight or flight mode is changes on circulation and changes in oxygen if hyperventilating. So for me, loosing oxygen and circulation to my hands and arms makes them feel wacky and and they get super stiff. Bad enough continued anxiety can also cause sciatica…. Because your body decided to deprive the nerves of oxygen. Ask me how I know 🥴. I do know my husband had a heart attack caught on a monitor he was sent home wearing back when he was in highschool, so those can and do happen young. Praying for you and yours ♥️

If his cardiac enzymes are in good range, cholesterol is in normal ranges, he could be have anxiety attack or if he has experienced a major loss, broken heart syndrome is very impactful. Read Psalms 91 and Pray it over him. Have him anointed by the elderly of the Church, and he will be healed. I will pray for you, him and all your family

Recently I had a panic attack and went to the ER, thought I was having one at 27. It's just anxiety for me, I get random pain in my arms and chest. My heart was fine. I stopped smoking weed after 10 years and started getting these symptoms. I think it's just anxiety.
