Yes! You can pull up your Character Map in your Start Menu then search by the name of the font to copy out the glyph. :)

When I'm designing and save my downloads. They show up in my file explorer as a chrome icon. I've tried to change the default folder several times in my google account and on the properties of my file explorer folders because I can never find them when trying to grab them for photo editing. And they show in the folder when I click the show in folder while the tab is at the bottom of my screen. But they just dont show up when im trying to grab them. Is there any way to bypass this? Even if I change browsers?

There is a huge library of free items on their site and you can get notifications when they have free fonts, svgs, designs, etc. if you sign up for their newsletter.
