Brillant explain on the “unicorn” mount (stick directly in front! Do you have a way to mount the “narwal” mount, where the stick is at a side angle, which you the rider out from behind the wind screen?

Congrats with bike video venture. Off the bat, you're one of the first places I landed looking to see how the Insta360 One X might work for adventure motorcycle riding. I would encourage you to post more detail footage showing how and where you have tried mounting the action cam. Remember our attention span is 5 seconds before our eyes look for transition. Unless you're showing a detail of how to mount something. Give you thumbs up. Keep posting. Fellow F800GS rider.

Fair play this was helpful - i have the gopro max instead of the insta and tbf the gopro does a great job at ironing out any wobbles with the in camera software but these velcro zip ties are a great idea!

Fred Zuccarelli hi. This was not such a successful seller for me. Great product but most people prefer to buy from either a camera specialist or amazon so I stopped stocking them.

A BIKE THING do you ship to the US? If so, then yup! I am still researching editing solutions comparing the two...but even tho i use the go pro hero 7 and thought i was gonna get the fusion... i am 99% sure i am going with the insta 360 now.

Which ram mount ball do i need for insta x3 360 its got to be threaded

Just a couple of thoughts. I think The Insta360 line has great potential as a motorcycle camera. A future iteration will need to be water resistant out of the box with replacement lens covers. ( the Venture case is a stop-gap, as I see it - leaking?). Also, as with most action cameras, it needs a 3.5 audio socket (water resistant, per new mobile phones). Waiting to see the their gps remote roll out too. Love the idea of being able to dispense with the need for a computer to do basic editing and posting from phone on the go. The front bike view with pan is a fantastic feature. Great possibilities for group rides. Good luck with the channel.

Nice vid mate, subbed. Using a similar set up on mine with a claw type thing that screws into the selfie stick however the versatility of your balls seems a better option! Just an add if you haven't had this issue - I found my selfie stick was prone to collapse on rougher road or at speed so added some tape to the junctions which did the trick. Keep up the good work

Have you tried using the dive case adapted to enable the usb cable to supply the camera power. ie drilling a hole in the side and sealing the hole with black tac . Would the footage still be any good

A BIKE THING I’ve seen a couple online I’m going into a camera shop when I have chance that has one to look at it’s possibilities of drilling a hole in the side of the housing to fit a usb cable through. I’ve used black tac to seal usb cable on drift had cams with no problems in rain when the weather has caught me out. But mainly it’s a sure way of securing the connection
