The thing is Yunus isn't exploring new producers like Umair. Anjum has moved from jokhay to Umair and he has upped his game coming up with modern day rap. Yunus has been stuck with Jokhay in every single songs, tou he isn't able to come out of that. I hope TY proves us wrong with his coming ep. He's a really versatile artist that for sure l, listen to his 6ix mixtape you'll get to know. But lately yes melodies have been his sole focus and it's kinda irritating for all of his fanbase, who expect some hardcore or bhaari awaz verse, even it is boombap, not necessarily fast, but no melodies. Hopes are high. I've supported TY for long enough, but lately he has been getting off my charts too.

Absolutely agree with you! Yunus has been recently consuming great vocab for average verses especially revolving industry like in Aazma le. Both Anjum and Yunus were pretty casual in their collabs with Seedhe Maut like they are giving features to new artists.

I think post-Afsanay, TY is getting comfortable with what works and sticks to it. Everything that came out in 2022, barring Aazma Le, were pretty much similar in flow and tone, kaise, aadat, faaslay. He's moving away from that hard hitting rhyming bars spitting TY to a more calmer, relaxed TY focusing more on rhythm imo.
