When in Session View and other clips are playing, how do you make it so when you press on an empty clip and hit the Circle(record) button, it waits for the other clips to go to the 1st downbeat and then it punches you in to record THEN? instead of just punching you into record midway

I am a constant viewer of your channel and I appreciate your efforts but my question is, why always audio tutorials in DAWs and not full beat making or full song that some of your viewers can learn from. I think the guitar recordings in most of your tutorials are too many for me. This my opinion pls. thanks

I have done a series where I created and released a song using only free plugins. I can’t make a full song in every one of my tutorials. I try to show the basics so the viewer can make their own music. I see what you’re saying though maybe I could create like a little intro of a song or a verse or something like that. One thing I’m always worried about is getting copyright claims. It’s happened several times in my tutorial videos where I’m creating a beat that video will get claimed even if it’s just drums. So I try to keep it simple to avoid those situations as I have to take down those videos and redo them hoping it won’t get copyright claimed. Thank you for your feedback. Keep creating! 👊👍

Dude I just ordered a 3 gen. Scart. Anyway I'm wondering it says it comes with this software I think I'm wondering if there is some kind of limit on how much you can use it . I've been watching ur videos cuz I've been playing for 30 + years I wish I had been on a computer that long . All I'm trying to do is a cover .

The version of Ableton Live that comes with the Focusrite interface is Ableton Live Lite. This is the full program except you have a limit of 8 tracks. There is no time limit. You actually get free upgrades. So when they upgrade to Ableton Live 11 you can upgrade for free. The version that I use is actually Ableton Live Lite. You can create a song with 8 tracks unless you’re adding lots of instruments and backing tracks. I’ve actually been thinking about doing a series about creating a song in Ableton Live Lite just to show that you can make music with 8 tracks. Thank you for watching. Keep creating! 👊👍
