I discovered this technique on my own today and looking at how I can enhance my knowledge on using it. This is wonderful. Thank you!

This is pretty amazing. I use the transpose a lot with bass-lines but hadn't explored these areas. Thanks as always!

I'd like to see a video using clip envelope transitions/automation in session mode! I know it can be done but at times can be kind of confusing. A lot of the time my clips in a scene sound too much like just loops and need variation between parts
@LowHeatBeats2 жыл бұрын
Clip envelopes work the same way in the Session View, but clips will still sound too "looped" even if you use them. I guess you can just create longer clips and and have a lot of scenes with different clip envelopes for variations. But I just leave the transitions and edits for later on when I'm in the Arrangement View and just use the Session View for laying down musical ideas.

Can you you achieve this same effect in Maschine?
@LowHeatBeats2 жыл бұрын
You can use the Stutter effect in the Perform FX section or the Grain Stretch for similar effects but it’s not quite the same and you don’t have this precise audio waveform editing thay you have in Ableton Live.
