I am so glad I found this channel. Tom's sense of humor is hilarious with his little one liner quips. And Garreth is the same and has good walk throughs and Tom is mostly hoof care, and I love both. I watch these videos over and over. The humor comment came from the last video I watched but I noticed this video didnt have that many comments so I want to push the algorithm haha. From the very first video on, these have all been amazing and I really enjoy how much you care for these little ladies. Its super cute when they turn around and look at you when they are walking away like they're giving their thanks haha. It's sweet. Ive always wanted a farm and a big garden and I never really gave much thought to the hooves of animals before and it makes me aware of so many more things. Thank you for this. Also that cow in line mooing when Tom is wrapping a hoof sounds cute haha, and then he says "you can get in next" haha. Ladies want their pedicures!

Cooper Sulphate, Oxytetracyline powder, Cows the milking after trimming was not fun. They were miserable and you were covered in manure when you were done

@@bobsuszka1159 so I looked those up, we used the copper sulfate on sheep after doxing tails and the oxytetracyline for our chickens. Learn something new today! All I knew was it was purple stuff for tails and yellow stuff for chickens.

I have watched multiple videos! And it seems to me that both hoof trimmers prefer to start off with the knife. Rather than the grinder! Is it just your preference to start off with the knife? From other hoof trimmers videos they start off with the grinder because it's the quickest way to get the calf out of machine. Also they use the knife to be more precise with their trim!

I love these videos but I wish that the hooves could be washed before trimming and/or treatment. Maybe not scrubbed spotless lol but at least hosed down on the areas where there are ulcers, open wounds, etc. Leaving so the dirt and bacteria has to hinder the healing process.
