Would love to hear a precise definition of "Social Engineering" regarding the broader Covid landscape over the last 3 years? Such as, what, who, where, when, and how was society broadly impacted by "social engineering" narratives during the Pandemic time frame (and continues to be)?

social engineering has nothing to do with covid in that context. broadly speaking, in cybersecurity, social engineering means attacks that target the human element of a system, instead of the mechanical ones(the main example for that would be phishing attacks)

@@gguyllago It absolutely does, in the fact that social media companies were "instructed" (willingly) by government to censor information and people who have disagreements with the Covid narratives as they evolved over time. It was (is) intended to steer the course of the public conscious. That is the very definition of "Social Engineering".
