She is time lapsing from past to future to present. She jumped to future to surprise her husband then she found out he was g*ay so she killed his lover. Then her husband found out her tricks and done the same to her, but in her case he killed her

She use mirror to change the future, using that mirror she finds out that his husband is cheating on her, to change the future he try to sabotage her husband by killing the gay, and unfortunately that gay in the bathroom accidentally touch the mirror(didn't show in the vid) and he also see what will happen so he prevent it and that's the reason why his husband knows where she go and the gay is alive.

The girl went to the future only to find that her husband is a gay... She switches b/w present and future to implicate him in a murder but at the end she finds that her husband also knew the secret of the mirror so he kinda knew what was about to happen so he decided to do the same thing she did... That's what I understood.. Hope it helps
