What?! You guys visited Dominica 🥰 I visited Dominica back in 2016 for study abroad before cruise ships were visiting the island. We went during July and it was so beautiful. I skipped out on the 8 hr hike to boiling lake 😂 but I did swim at Tito Gourge 💜

Hahahaha that hike - have definitely ended up on a few hikes where it's muddy and pouring, fun times. Apparently Dominica is great for hikes - I also just learned it's pronounced DominEEKa. I had always pronounced it like you did, but was recently watching a vlog where the guy was hiking there and apparently that's how it's pronounced!

I remember her saying before that he works long hours, so don't think he has as much free time. He's not a performer on the ship, the performers get the most time exploring ports as they work mostly at night. Must be frustrating visiting all of these countries and islands but not being able to get off the ship. But its the nature of the job I suppose, work solidly for several months then take a few months off between contracts.

How long have they been together? I'm new here so don't know the back story. They live on different continents, so its an even bigger commitment to make as someone would have to be willing to leave their home and family behind. I suppose they are used to being away from family doing the work that they do...I know they have been long distance for some time, in that situation you see the person through rose tinted glasses. You are so happy to get some time together that the other person can do no wrong. I remember when those little quirks my husband has that make me want to pull my hair out and scream, I used to find them endearing 😂. I think waiting and making sure they are compatible in day to day life is wise. This contract together in a shared cabin is a giant step in their relationship. It will be showing them if they can see themselves living together happily. No point making promises you aren't sure you can keep just so you can show off a nice ring. Callum may have plans for the end of this contract. Valentines is coming up. Who knows...
