Glad to see the nice, well-lit dressing room you have for getting show-ready because I seem to recall that on your last contract, you had to do it all in your cabin. This seems much better for the makeup and hair situation, and also keeps your cabin more organized with so many products you can just keep in the dressing room.

I have a slightly torn meniscus and arthritis in my knee. I have found Volteran has worked well for me. If you can get that ankle drained, your back may hurt and your gait may have changed due to the ankle. I had the same issue with my knee.

After a bit of internet research, I was able to figure out what "tiki-taka, tiki-taka, oi, oi, oi" means. Tiki-taka was a way of playing soccer that Barcelona FC used for great international success from 2008 to 2012. It emphasized teamwork and quick, short, and safe passes, with an aim at maintaining possession. In terms of figure skating, it would mean emphasizing teamwork and synchronicity over risky maneuvers. So, no Pamchenko twists, thankfully. Good luck!
