We visited and camped in Carrabelle Florida for a week in May along with my Mom, Fernando, and Abby's parents. This was out second trip and we love staying there! This area of Florida is beautiful and quiet, unlike most of the other coastal regions. Most of our days we had planned out cooking and BBQing so most of the videos shares that. Alex ‪@TheGasTap‬ & @fishontap come down to visit with us one of those days. Please check out his channel too! I'll have a second video of this trip because I had too much footage for just one.
Check out my Amazon store for tools and camping essentials. www.amazon.com...

That is so good, thanks for sharing Adam. Keeps us sane here, still locked in our homes 12 weeks in, South Africa. That smoked corn is wicked stuff, besides all the other stuff. But, what also smokes well is peppers. They are quick, put them on the grill at the top of the smoker. Man they are tasty when cooked nice. Best regards, D

Nice! We stayed at Carrabelle Beach RV Resort Tuesday through Thursday before Memorial Day. It was our first time in Carrabelle. We really enjoyed being able to just walk across the road to the beach. That part of Florida is really nice.

I worked at port royal seafood. A shrimp processing warehouse. We also had a market next door. Would unload freezer boats and fresh shrimp all day. Oysters crab. We did it all. I miss that place so much

New subscriber here! Coincidentally, we have the same model Rockwood as your friend, Lance. I really like the floor plan on your travel trailer and your camp site. I need to start to learning to cook. My wife does the cooking. We are currently camping at the South Jersey shore. Love your videos!

Abom if you take the heads and put them in a cheesecloth bundle tied with string you can drop into the pot and easily fish them out before serving for those who eat them. The Ribeye pull at 120 degrees cover and rest for 10 minutes check at 8 minutes it should get to 125.

FWIW, Pam For Grilling works pretty awesome for me to keep things from sticking. I've never had much luck with actual "oil" on grill grates.

I have a friend from NOLA that cooks low country boils a LOT. He cooks his vegetables separate from his shrimp and sausages. He has cooked for so many people and events ...he has found that some people are "vegetarians" and don't want the meats. And others have allergic reactions to shrimp. So he cooks his veggies first and then cooks the meats in the same water....but puts them in separate containers when completed. Just a thought.

When you have a steak that's 1.5 in or thicker flipping often is definitely one of the most effective ways to ensure you get an even medium rare without overcooking or burning a side.

The normal practice is to pull the off but not sucking them clean. Some folks say cooking with heads on adds more flavor to the cook.
