Hi, thanks for watching. Yes I would say it is, there are ramps to get around the outside areas around the pool and in to the main buildings, there are lifts as well up to the other floors, there are rooms on the bottom floor as well with access to as well, maybe when booking ask for an accessibility room, the comp room we used to have a shower before heading to the airport was an accessible room with an easy access shower/wet room
