🥒 ABOUT BEFRS:
Hey, I’m Sonny! I’m from the US but I’ve been living in Asia for 10 years and started making food and travel videos to document my experiences. I travel to different parts of the world, hunting down and documenting the most unique food each country has to offer.
If you see any factual food errors in my videos, please feel free to politely let me know in the comments. I'm a huge fan of trying different, interesting foods in each country. My show is from a Western point of view, but more importantly, MY point of view. It is not meant to offend any person or culture.

I think it's a nice touch to add, that wasn't mentioned is that the indigenous population in Australia is only 3.8% of the entire population. The population of Australia is really weird and unlike most other countries. I think about 30% of all of Australia citizens were born overseas and permanently living here and call this country their home. Meaning we have A LOT of cultures living here. For example India, China, Vietnam, Indonesia. The Chinese population in Australia is at 5.5%. India is at 3.1% The animals cooked and prepared are not endangered and its a privilege to the very small minority of Australia's original inhabitants. Big props to the people acknowledging the huge substance abuse in rural areas for the indigenous peoples in Australia. & Big props to Sonny for not just eating at restaurants!

Another good episode. I was taught by locals in FNQ to make a stew with the stingray wings and liver. It was good. Next time I get the opportunity, I'm going to cook it the way the boys did on this video.

Turtle meat is so sweet and soft, it’s up there with some the best meat I’ve ever had! Some people claim it’s bad or slimy… those people have never tried turtle! You’re in for a treat!

Mad I've waited all week for this one, this is epic. Few others have taken the time to bring us the traditional Aboriginal ways and it's amazing to see it in the modern world and make it informative and entertaining.

Excellent show, keep up the entertaining work. I have enjoyed potting for muddies for many years. We also walked the mangroves, spearing muddies, rays, flathead etc. with our friends in Arnhem Land, living in Gapuwiyak (Lake Evella) for several years while dad build commission houses and traveling to places such as Gove at Nhulunbuy and flying into Galiwin'ku on Elcho Island.
