About Cerebral Palsy and VDRO Surgery to Improve Mobility

Children growing up with cerebral palsy often develop an involuntary tightness in the muscles around their hips. This video explains how that occurs and how a surgery called femoral varus derotational osteotomy, or VDRO surgery, can help improve mobility for children with cerebral palsy.

My 8-year-old daughter has cerebral palsy and has had many of these kinds of complications. She's had four hip surgeries, and her hips aren't better than how they were before. But we keep pressing on, exploring our options.

Hey how's your daughter now? How's her body reacted to hip surgery? Doctor suggested this to my nephew who has same conditions. We aren't sure as many people talking about unsuccess. We aren't sure if there are any other options.

My 1 yr old girl baby has Cerebral palsy she's not able to hold her neck not sitting ..after birth my baby affected by pnemonia..after that she facing CP issue. We have spend more money to my baby when she is affected by pnemonia.. she is in very critical condition that time.. we are middle class family.. now we don't have anything for her treatment and checkup.. please pray for us and do help for us her further treatment 🙏 😢..
