Hormones absolutely effect so many aspects of our bodily functions & our foods are greatly lacking in magnesium due to soil depletion. Magnesium is an absolutely essential mineral to replace EVERY evening before bed; take 400mg (2 tablets/capsules) Magnesium GLYCINATE or THREONATE. Mag/Oxide is a waste of money as it is not well-absorbed but you will definitely relieve constipation! Mag/Citrate is only a bit more absorbable & has same loosening effect on bowels. The first 2 types mentioned are the most absorbed without causing loose stool; stool will be optimal.

Im glad to hear another wont take all that magnesium because its like a drug! Thats how I feel about things too, even "natural" stuff.

Not at all. It’s incredibly vital to health & missing from our food supply. Study it..you’ll be amazed by its importance to our bodies & that it’s harmless. Mag/Glycinate or Mag/Threonate are optimally absorbed.

@MGTOW EXPOSED my dr told me to get the almonds w no skin because there are lectins in the skin. You’ll have to take it up w him
