What about supra spinatous partial tear and treatment ??? My doctor said i have to stop training for the rest of my life and i have a partial supra spinatous 10mm tear and its been two years . I need helpp plzz

Does 30 - 40% supraspinatus tear require surgery? Can it regenerate itself if left without a surgery? Are there any patients of a young age who had it grow back on its own?
