Hi Katherine. The KZbin algorithms must have seen my financial advisor appointment for today. 😅Binged on lots of your retirement videos yesterday, which I found have provided great clarity and were good preparation for my meeting today. Now subscribed and look forward to your upcoming videos. And yes, looked at your website yesterday and found it very easy to navigate.

We contacted Katherine last year and engaged her services. We were very impressed with her level of professionalism and ethics. Her advice has - 100% - taken the financial worry we’d previously struggling with.

Great website! 2 unsolicited suggestions for mobile website (not desktop) 1. Add a floating link to provide feedback/ suggestions 2. Information like this would have been helpful at the top of the page instead of bottom - “Numbers are weekly, except where otherwise specified. Totals may not exactly equal the sum of components due to rounding of price adjustments.”

New site looks much cleaner Katherine. One suggestion...the 4 big "buttons" on the main page....if they are not going to take you to the appropriate section when you click on them, it would;d make more sense for them NOT to animate or change colour when you scroll over them. Currently they just feel like broken links?

Hi Daniel, thank you so much for your feedback. It totally makes sense. I will look into changing this into actual links to the service listed in each box. Cheers 😀

Thanks again Katherine. Your new Website is very fresh and interesting. I have a question for you. The Government was involved a number of years ago in setting up "Retirement Accounts" through Australian Banks and Building Societies. These were set up for people over 55 with very good Interest Rates. I am told by Banks that the Government controls the Interest paid on these accounts. Unfortunately it appears that the Government are now ignoring these accounts and have kept interest rates very low over the last few years, especially when high Interest Rates have been prevalent. At my bank, I would need to hold $50,000+ in a Retirement Account to receive 1.65% in Interest, which isn't good, when compared to the start up rates. How do we wake the Government up to the fact that Retirees are voters and need our hard earned savings to return the best Interest Income we can get. It appears that the Government are ignoring us. HELP

Hi Katherine. I reckon you are one of the best and most detailing channel on KZbin in regards of retirement. I currently work as a full time, I really want to retire at my 60 which is this coming November if is possible instead of waiting till 67, my partner is one year old than me and not working, we have combined asset around 4m (which include 1.6m~1.7 m is our living home) and plus around 200k in super with 1.6m debt, we don't know if we sold our investment properties would be enough for me to quit my current job (I don't like it anyway) and live in retire until at 67 still have some fund left then we get age pension and plus money left to live in comfortable life? We would be ok if we can live on a budget between $45k~$65k per year. Would you be able to tell me is this goal achievable or too early for me to quit my job? Thanks in advance🙏🙏🙏

Hi Danny, than k you for the explanation, but unfortunately I am legally not allowed to give such advice in this forum, as we are entering a personal advice, and this channel is for general advice only. With this level of assets I believe a detailed and correct planning would be recommended. Feel free to book a meeting via my calendar or call the office on 1300 274 731 to organise a meeting with me.

Hi Katherine, your videos are so helpful! You must have thousands of clients. You cannot possibly give an hour of your time to each of us, presumably you have an office with a number of staff available to give advice to all your dedicated followers.I believe you have an office in Melbourne. Please advertise address, phone number, and cost of hourly consultation

The only thing you said that I disagree with is that house prices will drop due to shifting demographics. What you didn't factor in is population growth through immigration. It will far outstrip baby boomers downsizing. I am definitely considering renting in retirement. The challenge is we also want a space large enough for family dinners including grandkids. An apartment makes that impractical. Has this factored into your lifestyle at all?
