About the IntelliCAD Technology Consortium (ITC), IntelliCAD 10, and Carlson

After updating my Carlson Survey I'm missing the blue Carlson button in the top left on my ribbon. And my workspace changed to "Carlson" instead of "Drafting and Annotation" and all my survey tabs go missing when changing the workspace back to "drafting and annotation". And I've got two identical ribbons now one's blue the other is grey. All tabs are the same
